Child Safety: Automated Detection & Mandatory Reporting

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually depicts, or appears to depict, a minor. This applies equally to real, AI-generated, and edited imagery, and there are no exceptions.

To enforce this, our platform operates automated safety systems that screen prompts and images and apply known-image (hash) matching, combined with human review, and are designed to detect and block the upload, creation, or generation of any content involving minors. Content flagged by these systems is refused and will not be produced or delivered.

Where we detect, or receive a report of, suspected child sexual abuse material — or any attempt to produce it — we will block and remove the content, immediately suspend and permanently ban the account, preserve the relevant records, and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and may disclose account information — including identity, email address, IP address, device data, and payment details — in connection with any such investigation. If we catch you attempting to create this material, we will report you.

Consent Requirements

Before processing any image depicting a real person, users must have documented, explicit consent from the individual depicted. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Users are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining proof of consent. We reserve the right to request evidence of consent at any time and to suspend accounts where consent cannot be verified.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited. Uploading, generating, or distributing any of the following will result in immediate enforcement action:

• Content depicting minors — zero-tolerance policy. Any content involving individuals under 18 is prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
• Non-consensual imagery — any image processed or distributed without explicit consent of the individual depicted.
• Bestiality and incest — content depicting or promoting sexual acts involving animals or familial relationships.
• Hate speech or harassment — content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Content promoting violence — material that incites, glorifies, or instructs others to commit acts of violence.
• Unauthorized use of real persons' likenesses — using another person's likeness without documented consent.
• Intellectual property infringement — content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights of third parties.

Prohibited Conduct

• Bypassing or attempting to bypass security measures, age verification, or content moderation systems.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform.
• Automated scraping, bot-driven requests, or mass generation of content outside authorised API usage.
• Sharing or distributing generated content without consent of all depicted individuals.
• Impersonation of real people, including creating synthetic media intended to deceive.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal of offending content.
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
• Referral to law enforcement agencies, including reports to NCMEC where applicable.
• Pursuit of legal action to recover damages and enforce our rights.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, report it by emailing [email protected] or through the takedown form. Reports involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or imminent harm receive priority processing within 24 hours.
